Room reservations for participants can be canceled according to the following conditions:
a. Until 01.03.2026. the participant can cancel an individual reservation free of charge
b. For cancellation or shortening of the reservation after 01.03.2026, Hotel charges the participant the full amount of the reservation
c. For each NO SHOW room and earlier departure Hotel will charge the participant for the entire amount of the stay
