The offer must be paid within 7 days in order for the registration to be confirmed. After confirmation of registration you will receive a link with a promo code for booking hotel accommodation and your ticket which you need to print and bring with you to the conference .
CANCELLATION RULES
UNTIL 07.03.2026. the participant can cancel the participation with the return of the entire participation fee
For cancellation of participation AFTER 07.03.2026. there is no refund of the participation fee
